JOB TITLE: National Account Representative

LOCATION: 407 E. Pennsylvania Blvd., Feasterville, PA 19053

Report: This position will report directly to the president.


Perform: The National Account Representative is expected to consistently meet and exceed the assigned sales targets.

Expand: The National Account Representative will be responsible for expanding Joe Hand Promotions’ market share, revenue, and profitability via new client sales. This expansion will focus on franchise opportunities nationwide.

Develop: The National Account Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline via leads provided by Joe Hand Promotions’ marketing efforts as well as their own efforts. These could include, but not be limited to, using the telephone, email, social media, referral requests, and networking to identify new opportunities either with new prospects or with existing clients.

Qualify: The National Account Representative will be responsible for qualifying prospects in terms of Joe Hand Promotions solution fit, the prospects budget, and their decision process.

Manage: The National Account Representative will be responsible for managing opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle from identification, qualification, closing, and implementation. Additionally, they will be expected to manage, maintain, and enhance the relationships with existing customers as appropriate.

Communicate: The National Account Representative will be responsible for being direct and timely in all aspects of communication both to prospects, clients, management, marketing, and their peers on both the sales and operations teams. This includes accurate and timely sales pipeline reporting and maintaining our client and prospect database. This also includes providing input to sales management, operations management, product management, and marketing based on customer and prospect feedback. Accurate and timely field competitive information reporting will also be part of this communication. Additionally, the National Account Representative will be required to initiate and/or maintain a high level of communication with select alliance partners of Joe Hand Promotions.

Motivate: The National Account Representative is expected to be a positive influence both internally and externally at Joe Hand Promotions


  • Proven professional selling skills
  • 5+ Years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience selling to franchise groups particularly in at least one of the following areas:
    • The Sports Entertainment Industry.
    • The Hospitality Industry.
    • The Entertainment, Restaurant and Bar Industry
  • Existing relationships in the franchisor industry in the industries noted above
  • Demonstrable track record selling big ticket sales ($100K+)
  • Demonstrable track record selling in long and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent written (including proposal preparation), verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong phone skills
  • Above average prospecting skills (hunter)
  • Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays during the year based on event nights
  • Business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong qualification and closing skills
  • A demonstrable track record of success which includes but is not limited to consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Strong time management skills (organized)
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
  • A passion for sports and the UFC.
  • The ability and desire to work in a company culture that rewards sound judgment, innovation, courage, honesty, dependability, selflessness, teamwork, and passion
  • Highly motivated with focused ambition and drive (goal oriented)
  • Student of a professional sales process, e.g., SANDLER SYSTEMS
  • The ability to develop prospect and client relationships at the decision making level including when there are multiple decision makers
  • The ability to work in a collaborative and open environment
  • The ability to qualify or disqualify opportunities early in the sales cycle
  • The ability to reach closure and clear futures at each stage of the sales cycle
  • A high customer service orientation

  • A college degree
  • A valid driver’s license and transportation


  • Experience in the TV, cable, satellite or the streaming industry.
  • Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality sales process.
  • Experience in being part of a medium size and growing organization.

The primary territory for this position will be the United States and its territories. Joe Hand Promotions will provide marketing, product and delivery support, ongoing product training, as well as sales training and coaching from our nationally recognized professional sales process partner.


An extremely lucrative, and performance driven, competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary and an uncapped commission program, bonus opportunities, and benefits will be provided to the successful candidate.
