UFC^® AND JOE HAND PROMOTIONS EXTEND AGREEMENT

Joe Hand Promotions Remains Exclusive Distributor of UFC^® Events on                
Closed Circuit TV/Pay-Per-View for all Commercial Establishments

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. and Ultimate Fighting Championship^® (UFC^®) organization today announced a multi-year extension of their closed circuit television/pay per view agreement. The deal maintains Joe Hand Promotions as the exclusive commercial distributor for the UFC, the premiere brand in the sport of mixed martial arts, through 2009.
